  Had a fantastic time last summer here with my family and friends (7 in group) we camped for 2 nights and stayed in the cottages for 2 nights. It was a beautiful lake, campground and experience. Cottages are spacious and have everything you need. The lake has all the outdoor amenities that you would want from swimming to canoeing. We packed a picnic and went across the lake in a canoe - spent the day on the water with my 2 year old - she had a blast. Camping sites are a nice size and wooded for privacy. Food at the lodge is amazing - pancakes are huge! We are going again this summer for 4 nights, can not wait to get back

  The cabins are fantastic with an exception. The beds and couches are for for the trash. I found the bed uncomfortable akin to sleeping on rocks and the couch has springs popping out of it. That negative aside, it is truly beautiful there. Falls Lake is gorgeous and there are some walking trails to explore as well. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you qualify for the military discount.

  Very cozy and pristine cabins, most of which have direct lakeside access. Friendly staff and easy in/out routine. I'm already looking forward to the next time we go back. Not five stars since bedding is a cost option.
