  I would like to begin by saying that overall the experience was fun and enjoyable. The staff overall are very kind and enthusiastic. HOWEVER, i never would have thought that I could face such immense racism in Canada. I am of Chinese descent and I went to enjoy a day with other Chinese friends. I went to ask at the desk if they had other sizes of gloves because they were too big for my hands. There was a white old man with grey hair attending behind the desk. I proceeded to say " is it possible to get other sizes of gloves because they are too big for?". He replies with rude sarcastic manner " we would try to get more but you know where they come from? CHINA." I was dumbfounded and didn't know what to say. So left leaving confused as a rage grew inside my heart. I am now very hurt as in 11 years of living in Canada to that day never encounter such incident/racism. I regret not reporting the racist act to the manager at the time.
